Recently the Japanese Shrines very popular foreighner tourist.

We have 20000 Sinto shrine in Japan.

There are some famous one,and lot of little shrines.

Gosyuin is calling formal way of syuin.

BUddist　temple also have this gosyuin.

BUt sinto shrine is Japanese original religion from ancient time.

And Tennou is top priest of sinto. He always pray for his country people happiness.

So I recommend  if do you want to get Japan original things.

There are case by case shrine have gosyuin.

Almost big famous place have it.

Some little shrine also have it.

Nowaday little shrine little but old time possibly  people love this place and gods.

Old Japan sinto gods  was very near people’s life.

So we have many shrine in our land.

Lately very  popular collect gosyuin.

On the book store have many books of gosyuin.

But I more recommend ask at little shrine .

If do you visit there  and found “syamusyo”社務所、or  found  house in the  garden of shrine.

Please ask there,or use interphone.

Then ask “May I have gosyuin”or “gosyuin wo itadakemasuka?”(japanese)

Of cause you have to say hello and some pray for gods behind ask gosyuin.

Gosyuin is kind of memory you had meet gods I think.

I’m not priest I am ordinal japanese so I right down my knowing.

And I feel sinto shrine (we call jinjya in japanese )is like bank ATM.

Every time I visit shrine and if I pray  that all  place connect to gods.

So,if you visit our shrine and meet our gods,they protect you.

Sometime one of the sinto priest said our gods don’t hate another religion believer.

Our gods is very tolerrance that he said .

Gosyuin price is 300yen-500yen.

Usual we have gosyuin collect note ,but if don’t have this ask them.

They can  give you wright down on the Japanese original  paper for you.

If do you want collect note ,some shrine have original one you can buy.

That’s price 1000yen-1500yen.
